Hello Everyone, I', new to the community!

I would just like some help from anyone who knows anything that can help me.

I had a decision letter for LWC early June 2023.  I wanted to do a Mandatory Reconsideration and rang the no. on the decision letter 07/06/23, requesting a copy of telephone assessment, they said they would send a copy. It is now the 19th June, nothing has arrived, not sure how to challenge the decision without one. 

All I have is  note on my journal saying "Although we recognise your condition, you have been deemed capable of doing some work.   
I actually work already, wk 2 days, but due to my herniated disc and other conditions, it is difficult to work anymore days.  I had already reduced my days from 3 to 2 days.

I messaged my coach to see if she knew whether it had been posted out and asked for a extension for mandatory reconsideration date 06/07/23, she did not respond to this either.   Rang decision letter number, they said to contact UC regarding extension, which I already did.   UC credit keep putting notes on my journal saying the Manager will contact you anytime upto 5th July regarding any questions raised, this is one day before I would have to submit a Mandatory Reconsideration.

Does anyone have any information that could help me.

Feel like i'm going around in circles and not getting anywhere.

Duplicate thread here. https://forum.scope.org.uk/discussion/107019/hi-my-name-is-trufflecake#latest the assessment report isn't needed for the MR.

You also have 13 months to request it. If it's outside the 1 month then you'll need to give a reason why you didn't request it within that time. If they refuse you just proceed to Tribunal.
