Pip additional info address

Today hubby had his pip change of circumstances assessment. 
But we need to send in additional information. Copies of hospital letters we will get this week. 

But where do we send them? 
The address on the change of circumstances form is PIP, payment 3.
Mail handling site 3.
Wolv'ton WV98 1AD

Or PIP Payment 1, Mail Handling site A, Wolverhampton, WV98 1AA

If you are sending additional information for change of circumstances, I'd send it to the first address as it's on that PIP form.
