Hi, I've noticed in past questions and answers (I receive (LCWRA) that I'm not entitled to the £150 extra cost of living payment for those on disability benefits, why is that? I'm unwell and definitely unable to work, shouldn't us on LCWRA be entitled to that extra payment aswell? Thankyou...

Hello @Dave78
Welcome to the community
How are you today?
The GOV website has all the information about eligibility for the £150 Disability Cost of Living Payment.
A recent campaign by Scope recently revealed the extra cost of having a disability which I'd encourage you to read. If you feel you need more support, it may be worth using one of the Benefits calculators to see if there is anything else that you could claim.

LCWRA is not a disability benefit and does not qualify her for the £150 payment. That's the way the rules were set.Dave78 said:Hi, I've noticed in past questions and answers (I receive (LCWRA) that I'm not entitled to the £150 extra cost of living payment for those on disability benefits, why is that?0
