Hello My question relates to the LCWRA backpayment. For the first 6 months I provided medical certificates to the job center and they were accepted, after 6 months I started to add a medical certificate via my online account with no gaps. And now my question why LCWRA was granted to me from 20/02/2023 and not from the day of the first sick note? 20/04/2022-20/10/2022 First sick note give to job center and they were accepted, and then from 20/10/2022 I started add my sick note by my online account 20/10/2022- up to today . My assessment was 31/05/2023

Hello @borysgtr. If there has been no gaps in your fit notes, it sounds as though they should have backdated your LCWRA using the date of your first fit note (so 20/04/2022). Do you know what your assessment periods are for UC?

It sounds like you have grounds to query why they've started it from 20/02/2023 @borysgtr

    Have you asked them why?

Have you asked them why? Yes, I asked for an MR on June 15 but still waiting for a response.

It can take up to about 12 weeks for the MR decision.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

    Good morning everyone.

I just got a reply regarding MR LCWRA the decision has been changed but only one month back!

Their explanation is that I received too much money earlier from work (which paid me sporadically for Bank Holiday + my overdue holiday)

    Is it true?
In 2022 I received payments for Bank Holiday £81(May,August etc) + at the end of 2022 they paid me £1,100 for the overdue holiday which ended in 2022.

First Sick Note from April 2022 continuously to today 2023
The first time I got the LCWRA I was awarded on 20/02/23
When I asked for an MR today I got a reply with a revised decision but only one month from Jan 17th 2023

Why not from April or May what about the rest of the months I didn't work 2022?
