If you appeal lcw at a tribunal and try to get lcwra can the tribunal take away your lcw completely if they don’t agree and decide your fit for work

Been waiting two months for the DWP to send the bundle but still no sign . They say it’s no longer in their hands and they have sent it but the courts and tribunals service have received nothing. Wondering if they will lapse this as nobody seems to know the time limits for the DWP response0
