Money owed will not have included your usual fortnightly money. I would expect your next payment to be around the first week of July. Your decision letter should have given you more details, such as what day of the week to expect your payment. If it didn't then you'll need to ring them to ask.

HelloThanks it's all been leaving me very confused and been bit overwhelmed. I was able to get to somebody who was easy to understand. I am profoundly deaf so it is quite difficult a lot of the times to. Looks like it has been sorted but appreciate your help, I wondered from your experience how it works in December, is it generally three payments because of the new year etc so £259x3? Thanks again.0

There will be 1 month in a year where you will receive 3 ESA payments. For bank holidays, including Christmas and New Year if your payment day falls on one of those days then you will receive your money on the last working day before that. It's only July so thankfully quite sometime to go until we think of Christmas lol.The next bank holiday is Monday 28th Aug so if your payment is due on that date then you will receive it the Friday before that. Your next payment after that will then be 2 weeks after you were supposed to receive it... Mon 11th September. If your payment isn't due on that Monday then you will receive it as normal.0
