I’m 74 male Have had type 2 diabetes for over 30 years and recently found out I had Peripheral Neuropathy I have no pain but do have numbness in my feet and sometimes feels fiery My PN has progressed to just below my knees . Im not on any medication but have used supplements like B12 and A Lipoic acid Haven’t felt any effects from them I also purchased a Lifepro Vibration foot plate and do 15mins standing and 20 mins sitting exercises on it I also ride on a Stationary bicycle and walk 4 miles every day .
I am keen to know what positive experiences other members have had trying to live with PN and trying to regress PN

Hello and welcome @Pnaddy thank you for joining, and sharing a bit about yourself
I've edited the title of your post so it's easier for other members with PN to find you, I've also moved your post into our neurological impairments category.
It sounds like you're doing a lot of good things to prevent further damage, are you in regular contact with your GP or a specialist to help manage things too?0
