Claiming ESA will I get deductions from housing benefit as son (20) is now classed as a non dependent we both receive PIP.

If your PIP includes the daily living part then the deductions will not apply to you. https://england.shelter.org.uk/housing_advice/benefits/housing_benefit_deductions_when_living_with_non_dependantsIf you were claiming single person discount for council tax then you'll need to report the changes to your Local Authority.
