How do I send new evidence I have already applied dla for my son, I have some evidence from his school which will help.

You will need to post it to DLA. If you still have the address that you returned the form to then you can use that one. If you don't then on the bottom of the form here https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/1143300/dla1-child-interactive.pdf it says the address is...
