Hi My partner  is due to get his pension from this month at present  we are both on uc ad we are both disabled.  He gets the added amount lwcra also he gets pip medium  rate, I get a careers  amount instead of lwcra as they only pay out 1lcwra amount.when he retires will his lcwra  still be payed until I retire and also will I still be intitled to a  amount  from
 them.

    You will be known as a mixed aged couple. His state pension will be deducted in full from any UC entitlement. Yes, he will still be entitled to the LCWRA element. How much your UC you will receive each month will depend on how much his state pension is and what your maximum UC entitlement is before any deductions.
