Will you receive the cost of living payment in back pay and is this affected by the start of your application date?

    To be entitled to the £150 cost of living payment you must have received a payment of PIP (a later received a payment) for 1st April 2023. It will be paid as a separate payment and not with the money they owe. (if entitled)
