Different descriptors in different places - confused?!

but today found this one https://www.advicenow.org.uk/know-hows/personal-independence-payment-pip-activities-descriptors-and-points#:~:text=You also need 8 points,you can't do it
They are not the same! For the advicenow one I'd get 12 points for mobility on the journeys question. On CAB, I'd get 10. DWP says none!

They are the same. In basic terms:
Cannot go out at all - 10 points
Can go out regularly but ONLY with another person - 12 points0
