Delays in Review?

Hi not sure if I am in the right section, but my wife is in receipt of full PIP for Mobility and Living due to COPD and various other health problems. Because of this we took out a mobility car and have come to rely on it.
Our problem is the car is due for renewal in Dec, but she only has a PIP letter saying her claim is only valid till Mar next year. She is supposed to have had a 3 year review last Mar, but it keeps getting put off.
Is there anyway we can push the DWP to have the review in time?
Thank you for any advice.

Unfortunately there are very long delays with reviews and you're not alone with this wait. Her mobility vehicle lease will be extended while she waits for a decision, if a decision hasn't been made by that time. She won't be able to place another order until a decision is made on her review because you need at least 1 year remaining on your award.

    Thank you Poppy
That's where we don't want to get, the
point where the car has to go back but they still haven't reviewed as that would mean we would then need to buy a car.

You will not have to return the car because motability will just extend the lease until a decision is made on the PIP.

    Thank-you @poppy123456
That's a great relief, not sure what we'd be able to afford in the current market, especially as it has to be auto for my wife to be able to drive it and that seems to add thousands to the cost of 2nd hand cars

Hi @L_Volunteer hope you are okay, feeling nervous about having to go through it all again only seems like yesterday I first applied. Only just applied and got LCWRA and wasn’t expecting my review for PIP for a few months, hopefully it goes well not been through a review process yet. I have been holding off telling them about a worsening condition but I spose now is the perfect time.
