You will need to contact HMCTS for your decision letter from them. For the money they you then once payment is made it takes 3-5 working days to go into your bank.

If you're having problems with your post then this maybe why you haven't received anything. I would be contacting Royal Mail if it was me.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

I feel more anxious tbh! just because of the not knowing etc and waiting around have called pip helpline they can't give me any info aside from what the text said I ended up being on hold almost 2 hours then being cut off calling again and having someone who was like if you have the message you need to wait for the letter we can't give you any info 😭😭 now I feel sick worried something is wrong and can't physically call them again! X

@aimless I'm sorry you had to wait so long to get through. Many have been waiting weeks for their letters I am afraid. Just remember, you've been awarded! I say treat yourself to a slice of cake :)

Usually the payment is sent when the text is sent. If you rang the PIP helpline and they couldn't give any information then this indicates that they haven't sent the payment. If payment had been sent they would have been able to tell you what date to expect it into your bank.

If you owe them any money and it's been sent to debt management then this can delay paying you what is owed.

I'm paying back an overpayment for tax credits due to my ex claiming for childcare but not actually paying the nursery fees :( £78 a month is coming out of my UC x would they use the back pay instead? X

Yes they can use the money they owe you to pay back the overpayment.
