Hey all have been searching through posts for weeks looking for an answer re my pip award, I started process in 2022 and failed went for 2 MR and lost finally had my tribunal on 5th June this year still no letter from tribunal I called pip helpline and was told I'd been awarded high mobility and standard daily 💪 and that I'd receive letter in post now I'm 6 weeks later and stil nothing from tribunal
I got a text on 8th of July saying DWP have awarded me pip and to wait for letter but post doesn't come to me vege often (mothers day card send in march received yesterday for example!) have been granted backpayment to Feb last year also (almost 10k!) but no idea when that's coming either!) Anyone have any advice or experience with payment times etc x thank you for reading and hopefully helping ❤️

You will need to contact HMCTS for your decision letter from them. For the money they you then once payment is made it takes 3-5 working days to go into your bank.If you're having problems with your post then this maybe why you haven't received anything. I would be contacting Royal Mail if it was me.0

@aimless I'm sorry you had to wait so long to get through. Many have been waiting weeks for their letters I am afraid. Just remember, you've been awarded! I say treat yourself to a slice of cake0

Usually the payment is sent when the text is sent. If you rang the PIP helpline and they couldn't give any information then this indicates that they haven't sent the payment. If payment had been sent they would have been able to tell you what date to expect it into your bank.If you owe them any money and it's been sent to debt management then this can delay paying you what is owed.0

Yes they can use the money they owe you to pay back the overpayment.
