Pip with case manager

So I have been calling pip almost every week as they are over their timescale with me. Last week they said it was in the decision maker queue but hadn't been allocated to a case manager and now ive just rang today and they said its now been allocated to a case manager to make the decision. Does anyone know a rough timescale of how long it may be till I hear anything now? Its been 27 weeks altogether so far for me. On my assessment report I score 8 points daily, 12 points mobility. So im hoping to hear an outcome soon but I just hate not knowing.

@parissophia I am so sorry that it has been such a long wait for you, and that with calling they seem to give you the same answer. Have they said why they are over the timescale?

Could still be another few weeks.
There are no real timescales. Any they give you are just meant as a rough guide. Constantly phoning to ask won't make the process any quicker. It's just clogging the lines for the call handlers. I know it's frustrating but all you can do is wait.0 -
It can be anything up to 12 weeks after the report was returned. Nothing more you can do at this stage.

Good afternoon just wondered if anyone can help ,I got pip in August 2022 just for the care no motorbility.I then had my brain tumour operation in November 2022 ,unfortunately they couldn’t get all the tumour out so I’ve had radiotherapy and now having chemo ,I did phone pip to tell them this and also my mobility was good .
but I’ve been declined mobility on a mandatory reconsideration .
just I go to tribunal and speak to my mp.It’s so awful having to go through this I don’t even think they have looked at this mobility1 -

If you've received the Mandatory Reconsideration decision letter. Then your next step is to start the appeal process for the tribunal.
