Way ahead of myself, but……

Back in 2021, I received PIP after going through the MR stage. The award ends in May 2024. I’ve read that I could receive review forms 6 months before, or even earlier.
My question is, if it gets to MR stage and I don’t succeed (have read it’s a low % rate) does the money carry on until I go through appeal system, or does it stop?
Was the MR % rate of winning higher in the covid period?
Thankyou.

Once a decision is made on your review if you're refused then your current award will end. This will mean there's no award to be put into payment so nothing is paid while you wait for the MR decision. Same applies for Tribunal.

MR success rate is quite low now at about 23%. I believe that it was higher during covid.

Glad you are enjoying some better weather, especially as it means time in the garden @Leigh14. Do you have a favourite garden activity? I think mine would be eating and drinking whilst listening to music or reading a book in the sunshine  :)

Hi @L_Volunteer, that would be my favourite thing to do as well 🙂 Today, I managed to do some dreaded weeding! I grew lots of plants indoors from March, so they are blooming beautifully in garden now.

Glad to hear you're able to do some gardening. I love spending time in my garden. It's only small but i do have some lawn, which i overseeded back in May and now it's looking lovely and thick and green.

Bought quite a lot of plants this year and planted them out. With a weekly feed they are now considerably larger than when i planted them. I also bought some medium side pots and put them under my living room window.

All i need now is some sun so i can go out and sit in the garden again. It feels more like Spring here today, not Summer! :D

My grass definitely needs seeding. The garden is much too big for me to manage really. I love all the blooms, grass cut, then I’m happy. No, the sun didn’t show much today, but still warm.

Thankfully because my garden is very small it's a lot easier to manage. I do have my daughter to help too so that's a good thing.
