ADHD help with diagnosis?

I was diagnosed with OCD at around 14 years of age and was given CBT therapy to help with the condition. After a lot of practice and exposure therapy, I managed to get to a stage where I have control over it. Since then I have just suffered from anxiety and I am now 27 and stuck to know what next to do. I have tried cbt again for anxiety multiple times throughout the years, seen private counsellors, and spoken to my GP about other conditions I may have, but now I don’t know what to do. Will I ever get over anxiety? I have a few friends that have kids with ADHD and say I have similar traits to them. Also tried some online questionnaires that come back saying I could have ADHD. Can anyone here please help to give me some guidance? Thank you so much in advance.

Hello @Jc1996
Welcome to the community!
I am so sorry to hear you have been feeling like you will never get over your anxiety. I think a lot of members here will have felt or feel the same as you. So I hope the community can be a great source of support for you
Can I ask, you mentioned seeing a therapist, was that one to one? Would you be comfortable exploring a therapy group? I've seen more therapy groups be an option for people with anxiety, so it would be worth asking your GP about whether there are any in your area. If you are comfortable doing that of course.
If you think you may have ADHD, I would speak you your GP about it.0
