Hi everyone,
I wanted to ask.. I had my 1st assessment last week. The assessor rang yesterday & has arranged to call later, wanting more information.

I have Long Covid, Cervical Spondylosis; Anxiety/PTSD. I was exhausted after & sent an email feeling I had been overwhelmed & hadn’t said a few things I’d forgotten. Given the heads up for a call later. I have issues washing my hair/ personal hygiene (due to hand/ shoulder/ neck pain/ pins & needles) I had forgotten the name of “wrist support s” that I brought myself a few years ago… she asked do I not have a Neurologist? I don’t.
I had forgotten I have lost weight due to not eating/ due to anxiety and low mood any idea how to expand ? It seems like I’m going to be denied PIp due to my cognitive decline…
Thank you 🙏

Make a note of the things you want to tell them when they ring. I don't think it's possible to make any predictions at this stage on what the decision will be. Once the report is written and returned to DWP a decision can take up to about 12 weeks.
