Hi,
Wondering if someone could help me please?
I thought I would get my first LCWRA payment in this months payment but it’s not showing on my statement.
My first fit note was submitted to UC on 24/03/2023. My WCA assessment decision was made on the 13/07/2023.
My assessment period runs from the 20th -19th.
Am I correct in thinking that I should have had my first payment in this months statement?

If the 24/3 was the same date you reported your health condition then your waiting period will be. April to July.. LCWRA element starts from AP 20th July to 19th August and first payment will be 26th August. No LCWRA element is owed.
