Review coming up when should i ring ?

Hi i'm due a review in Nov 2023 and i have not heard anything yet ? How long should i leave it to ring them ?

You don’t you need to ring them. They will send you the forms when it’s time for your review. Usually it’s around 8 months before your award is due to end.

Just to check, on the second page of your original award letter does it say ‘we will contact you after 00/00/0000’?

So i don't need to ring them ?I just thought i would of heard from them by now with it being 4 months away and if for some reason it gets to Nov 2023 and i get no letter would it be wise to ring them ? Thanks.

When does your current award end? If you were awarded by DWP then decision letters usually say “we we contact you from X date.

Yeah just looked and it says it it's been awarded up to 20th Nov 2023. so i'm unsure what to do ?!.

Also i could not fine the "we will contact you" bit ? just the awarded to date.

Were you awarded by a Tribunal? If so then this will be why you don’t have a review date. Usually DWP contact you about 14 weeks before your award ends to tell you to ring to start another claim.

Sorry just seen that they will contact me any time from 20th November 2022.

Thanks poppy123456 for the help just don't want to ring and get a review early but don't want to get missed off and get it stopped.

I would have expected you to have received the review forms by now. There’s long delays with review decisions for a lot of people so your award won’t just stop. It will continue until a decision is made on the review. 

If it was me then I would ring them.

So it would be best to just wait till Nov then ring if i have not heard anything. This will be my first review so did not know what to do thanks all.
