Advice for PIP appeal

Recently applied for PIP and been rejected. I have ADHD and dyslexia along with depression and anxiety. Does anyone have any advice for my appeal?

If you'd like to appeal the decision, as Woodbine mentioned the first stage of this is to request a mandatory reconsideration.
