Waiting times after a review. How long have you been waiting? Following a PIP review for a decision

I’m just wondering how long have people been waiting for a decision based on review of their PIP ?

I’ve heard waiting times are high

I've just had my decision which took two weeks after video assessment. I think that was very quick.

I think the question was aimed more at how long it took after you returned the forms, not after the assessment.

Quite a long time for a lot people, so don't be surprised if you're waiting longer than 1 year. Your current award will continue until a decision is made.

They received my review form and evidence in December 2022.  Haven't heard anything aside from texts saying "we still have your form."

How long did it take from you sending back the Review form to actually getting the assessment appointment?

My award runs out in 7 months. So I'm guessing they may have to extend that if it overruns?

Yes, as i advised your current award will just continue until a new decision is made.

Two weeks from the assessment
