I've recently gone through (and won) the gruelling journey of appealing my PiP award injustice. Still work to be done: the award is not at the higher rate, which it should be, but a step in the right direction.

    If this was a Tribunal decision are you aware that you can only appeal this decision on error of law. 

    First you need to request the Statement of reasons and Record of Proceedings within 1 month of the date of the decision. Then you need to find someone to take a look to see if they can find the error in law. If not you can’t take it any further.

    Yes and yes .. I'm aware of the grounds for appeal and the 1 month statement of reasons request deadline - already submitted that. There was, in fact, an error in law in calculating the award points vs my statement and grounds.

    Fingers crossed, the senior judge at the lower tribunal sees sense and the strength of my argument.
