No idea to be honest. I know that if you buy a new car you can have it delivered to your door inside a covered trailer. All of my new cars that I have bought over the years have been delivered in that way.
Why not ask the question of the dealer that is supplying the Motability car?

If the car is WAV the dealer will deliver
Once the PIN is entered the car becomes your responsibility
Although that beggars the question why a WAV can be delivered but not a 'standard' car with the age of so much done on tablets. As 2OldCodgers says, worth asking the question, your dealer may stick on trade plates if it's not too far0 -
I had a new car delivered unregistered on trade plates. Was about 5 miles from the dealership. Wasn't through Motability but can't see why that would make a difference.0

Hi just to answer this I was down today applying for my 1st mobility car. That was a question I asked they said that I would have to collect the car due to needing to put the pin you receive into the computer and they stated they cant deliver to my house.1
