Hello @Andy60
Welcome to the community! I am so sorry to hear you feel so low about this situation. I hope the community can be a place of support for you
I did a little research and found this on the Norfolk Gov website:Not all mobility scooters are permitted to access buses – it varies by operator and depends on the size and type of scooter. Is your scooter one you could get a permit for?
As a minimum, all Norfolk bus operators follow the national Code of Practice for the Use and Acceptance of Mobility Scooters on low floor buses.
To get a permit you will need to contact your local bus operator before you travel, but note that Konectbus operates a separate permit scheme.
