Hello, im just wondering if anybody can't help me. I have not long been accepted for lcwra. I reported my health change on 20th March 2023. And I uploaded my fit note on 21st of March and then I uploaded another fit note on 7th of June 2023 and it got accepted on the 8th of June. I received my letter back from the health assesment 19th of July 2023. I'm just wondering when I will receive my payments and if it will be on the 9th August as it was normally on the 9th of every month on uc. Thank you for your time

Your waiting period will be April to July... LCWRA starts from assessment period 3rd July to 2nd August and first payment will be 9th August. No LCWRA element is owed. LCWRA element increases your maximum UC entitlement by £390.06/month.This is assuming you're not claiming UC with a partner that already receives the LCWRA element on your claim.0
