On my pip report on all of questions asked with points given it states is consistent with history of condition with ongoing specialist input do you think  this mean I had sent adequate evidence ?  I was concerned because I didn’t have much to send.

Yes, that's exactly what it means. Points are not awarded in the report, they are recommendations only. Only a decision maker can award points. Usually they go with the report but it has been know for them to go against it but it's rare.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

It’s just the points on the report I mean you can look online and see what points are given for each answer given to the questions I know the decision makers could give different points I’m just going off what’s put on the report on this post
