Hi, I've recently started on UC and I have LCW. They've asked me to keep a journal of how my condition affects me on a day-to-day basis.
Can I use something like notepad to write this and list all the different things that are causing my anxiety into it, would that be okay?
Thanks

You said you have LCW but have only recently started claiming UC. Have you been through the work capability assessment yet?

Hi, I've been on ESA for over a year, I had a work capability assessment with the ESA who found me fit for work and appealed this to a tribunal and they decided I have limited capability for work because of Regulation 29. I can't receive any more ESA money due to contributions being over 365 days so have had to go onto UC. I haven't had any UC work capability assessment yet.0

Have you reported your health condition and provided a fit note within 7 days of that? You don't usually need to provide a diary for UC itself. You can do this for the work capability assessment and send it as evidence with the form when you return it.Have you looked at the descriptors for LCWRA? You can see them here. https://www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/universal-credit-uc/uc-faq/limited-capability-for-work-related-activity
