i have been claiming UC for about 3 years now, i was swopped over when i claimed esa so recieved LCWA with my UC instead of ESA. recently i was asked to do a work capability assessment as it’s been a long time since i had one. they contacted my gp gave me an appointment t for saturday but then cancelled it and said i didn’t need the assessment now and i still get LCW . but my uc statement this month hasn’t got the LCW payment on it even though it’s been paid since 2020 . anyone have any idea what’s going on? i have messaged them just not had a reply. a bit stressed as i’m losing 390 pound. i have also just won my PIP tribunal and waiting to hear from them about that too. x

What was the decision on that WCA?

it was that i was found to have limited capability of work x0

If it was Limited Capability for work (LCW) then there's no extra money for this. You will only receive extra money if found to have Limited Capability For Work Related Activity. (LCWRA)

it says on the letter LCWRA as i have PSTD so i can’t go out by myself without it causing distress and have t been out alone in 6 years. so i’ve no idea why they have taken the money off me . i’ve still had np reply on my journal even though i messaged them this morning x

If you put the question under the payment section then you'll have more chance of some replying.

Log into your journal and then click and then click "journal." From there click "add a journal entry" and then you'll see a list of entries. Click the top one "payment" and then put your message.
