New reward has seen hubby awarded a 0 where on previous reward he scored 2.
Going to MR because nothing has changed.
Those 2 points would see him get enhanced living.
Any tips ?

Hi @Woodcock21, do you know which 2 points they were previously awarded?
To get an award of the daily living component, you need to score:
- 8 points for the standard rate
- 12 points for the enhanced rate
Here is some information about PIP's point system.
Also, you might find the PIP self-test helpful to get a vague idea of what they might be entitled to.
Have you already asked for a MR?

He has 11 points for daily and 12 for mobility.
On engagement with people last time he got 2 points this time 0 yet he is exactly the same and said so at his review.
Can he not ask why?
Those 2 points would give him enhanced living too.

You will need to request the Mandatory Reconsideration for this. You should put that request in writing stating where and why you think he should have scored those points. If you didn’t give a couple of real world incidents of exactly what happened the last time he attempted this activity when you filled out the form you should do that now. Include detailed information such as where he was, what exactly happened, did anyone see it and what the consequences were.I do not advise you to ring them to request thus. Most MR decisions remain the same. If this happens you can proceed to Tribunal.0

I don't know what you mean by "i thought you were like us." You didn't tag me. What you can see on my comments at the bottom is added to my signature and wasn't aimed at just you. I know you were looking for advice, which is why i advised you.
