I need someone to look after me even in pip decision assessor stated that I need an assistant due my healt problem.vertigo, migrens, sleep apnea.I can just fall asleep or fall when have vertigo.then I need someone be with me while migrane hits as sometime I cannot get to the toilet. My friend staying with me.I do not have family here.
I am on Uc waiting for assesment wor lwrca.iam hearing imparied and unfortunately still not sure if I will be able to wear 2 hearin as they not right solution for me.
do I qualify for extra bedroom payment from Uc even I do not have professional career? I sleeping upstairs and m6 friend on the sofa downstairs .
I got inspector coming from council to chec my property.but I am scare that they will contact my landlord.

Is your rent higher than the LHA you actually receive? I know households that are entitled to an extra bedroom will receive that if their rent is higher than the amount they actually receive for LHA.I don't know if the same applies for overnight carers. My advice would be to apply for this with UC and see what the decision maker says. (assuming your PIP includes the daily living part)I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
