There's no benefits entitlement based on a diagnosis. It's difficult to advise without more information. Are you working? Living alone or with a partner? Are you claiming any benefits at all at the moment?

You will only be entitled to ESA payments if you've worked at some point in the last 1 tax years 2021/21 and 2021/22. The only ESA that's possible to claim now is New style ESA. This isn't means tested.

There's also Universal Credit but it's a means tested benefit. If you live with a partner you'll need to claim as a couple. If you have savings/capital of more than £16,000 you're excluded from claiming. For every £250 or part thereof over £6,000 there's a £4.35/month deduction. You can use a benefits calculator to check entitlement. https://www.entitledto.co.uk/benefits-calculator If you claim this you will need to report your health condition and provide a fit note within 7 days of that. You must then continue to provide fit notes without any gaps until a decision is made on the work capability assessment.

There's also PIP (unless you live in Scotland) it's a disability benefit which isn't means tested. Whether there's any entitlement will depend on how your conditions affect you. https://www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/personal-independence-payment-pip

I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
