Pip review text complete

Hello guys. I have a friend who has recently done a change of circumstances and he received a text on Monday morning at 8am saying his review is now complete. He called the pip payments line it seems his money has went up and is adding up to enhanced for both elements. We are wondering how long after this text should he receive the letter and if there is backdated money owed when would he expect that to land in his bank. Thanks guys

Assuming they had the worsening of condition for at least 3 months when they reported the changes. Money owed is usually in the bank 3-5 working days after payment was sent. 

They can ring PIP if they want to ask what the award is and when to expect any money owed.
