Can I get a budgeting advance if I owe them money I still owe 150 pound or could I pay the advance off then get another. I need a knee brace new shoes and inserts for them i can't afford them

If that £150 is from a previous budgeting advance then you will need to pay it off before you can request another. However, there's no guarantee that they will agree to another.
