pip assessment

hi,i had my pip assessment on wednesday (over the phone) then on friday i received a letter from the council saying about a change of circumstances n they want bank statements (i thought it might have been a random letter) this morning i received another letter from them saying they are please to inform me blah blah because of change in circumstances  pip award i will carry on receiving full benefits? surely the dwp aren't that quick in deciding my award already? im thinking it has to be an error on the councils part? i will contact them monday but just wondering if anybody has any ideas? thanks

thanks for quick reply.oh i hate receiving letters on a weekend when you cant contact anyone to ask.i will be very surprised if it has been sorted so quickly but fingers crossed

I would say the first letter isn't related to the 2nd letter but as you said you'll need to ring your LA on Monday when they open.
