My pip appeal went to tribunal months ago . Just looked on gov website today and it says closed . Anyone know if this is good or bad sign . I thought you had to accept the offer before it was closed . So to me it not looking good

    Hello @jba

Welcome to the community! :) I'm afraid I cannot say whether that is good or bad. I would encourage you to contact them to see if they have an answer for you. Please keep us updated!

Did you request a paper based hearing? If you did and a decision was made on that then you should have received the decision letter.

If the decision was made as a paper based hearing then you do not have the chance to accept the offer, that's not how it works. HMCTS will make the decision based on everything they have and then send you the decision letter. You will need to contact HMCTS and ask them as they are the only ones that can tell you what's happened.

I didn’t get an extra 2 points so never got awarded pip. I managed to find an answer on line saying this but still not received anything in the post. It’s like a minefield looking for answers

I'm assuming this was a paper based hearing? They have a very low success rate but i'm very shocked to hear you didn't receive the decision letter.
