I have a question, actually I won the appeal from court for pip. I got the letter confirming that I have won and what points I got.
Now the question is, I have received the letter confirming my win and points. Will I receive another letter confirming from DWP that how much money I will get and when I will get or they simply transfer into my account. Please let me know if anyone have any idea.
thanks

Great news. You will eventually receive the decision letter from DWP once the award has been put into payment. This can take anything up to about 8 weeks. Before they put the award into payment they will contact you to ask if you've been in prison or hospital. At some point after that your award will be put into payment. You will receive money owed first, then the decision letter letter and then your first 4 weekly payment about 3-4 weeks after that.1

Actually I received the decision letter, my question is will I receive any other letter.
bcz this letter confirmed that I have won and how much points I have won. But didn’t say anything about how much money I will get.0 -
That will be the decision letter from HMCTS and not from PIP. PIP will send you the award notice/decision letter once the award has been put into payment. The decision letter from HMCTS never includes how much money you're owed because they are not responsible for paying what is owed, that's DWPs responsibility.1

So it means i will receive another letter confirming about how much payment I will receive.

Ok
thank you so much
Any idea in how many days, I should expect this letter. Sorry I’m asking so many questions.0 -
After a Tribunal win it can take anything up to 8 weeks for the award to be put into payment, to pay what is owed and to send the decision letter.

Hi
i have another question. £150 was being paid to pip eligible people. That time I didn’t win my case but now I’m eligible so will I get that backdated money too or not?0 -

Once your award is put into payment it will automatically be paid to you.1 -
