good evening l would like to get advise my daughter is starting university this month she will be staying home and the child element has stopped my question is do l need to let universal credit know that she is starting university as this is not going to change anything with my payments as me and my husband both gets pip so we don’t get non dependent reduction for housing.

I had one of those the other day too. It was only to notify them of any changes in circumstances. It did cross my mind that they might be trying to stitch me up (given that I hadn't received word about my tribunal at that point), but I just accepted them, it had been a while since I had and it said I would lose payment if I didn't.
