Lcwra decision backdate

Hi I recently applied for lcwra and have had a decision … 
sick note handed in 31st may 2023 
can anyone tell me will I be due backdated from sick note handed in or do I just get 1st payment in my 4th month which would be September? Really confusing coz I read loads on here 🥺

Your first payment will be included in September-October based on that information, there’s a 3 assessment period waiting time.
