PIP Decision Letter Delay

Hi all,
I received a phone call on 11th July 2023 with my PIP decision (after a long 13 month wait for my renewal decision), however I'm still awaiting my letter. I've called and spoke to them already, and they said they sent out another copy about 2 weeks ago, but I still haven't received anything. Has anyone else had a delay in receiving their letter after a text/call?
Thanks!

There’s problems with the DWP mail system at present which are only just starting to be resolved, you will receive the letter soon. As long as your payments are being received normally, you are fine.
Give it another couple of weeks and try to phone back and ask again, you can also ask them to read a copy of what’s been awarded to you over the phone too.0
