PIP isn’t based on a diagnosis alone, it has a points system which you must meet certain descriptors for. No one just ‘gets’ PIP unless you are classed as terminally ill and have less than 12 months to live.gsensicle said:i would like to get Pip
For a standard rate award you require 8 points, for enhanced this is 12 points. The same goes on the mobility side too. You can be awarded a mixture of rates from PIP.The descriptors can be hard to understand, if you are struggling I recommend you get some expert advice on it:
