Tell pip appeal about new LCWRA?

Will it help provide a bigger picture to the appeal panel about my circumstances generally. I get that having LCWRA doesn't make anything happen or guarantee anything else.

It won't hurt to tell them. Although they are different benefits, there is some overlap with some descriptors being similar.
