i’m currently on long term sick due too spinal stenosis my employer is now asking if i am intending too resign as i have been put in support group

    When you mention support group is that referring to the ESA group you are in?

    Hi @rich04 - & welcome to the community. The fact that you're receiving a benefit should not have any bearing on your employment. You should not just resign, rather discuss your options with your employer. Perhaps they can put 'reasonable adjustments' in place, even a different role. It may also be a good idea to contact ACAS:for advice: https://www.acas.org.uk/
