Hi @rich04 - & welcome to the community. The fact that you're receiving a benefit should not have any bearing on your employment. You should not just resign, rather discuss your options with your employer. Perhaps they can put 'reasonable adjustments' in place, even a different role. It may also be a good idea to contact ACAS:for advice: https://www.acas.org.uk/
