Pip blaming royal mail

Hi everyone I've had the worst stressed weeks I had assessment on 7th Aug telephone lasted 7 mins I understand its prob paperbase dwp received the report tues 8th I phoned dwp waiting for answer 1hr 23 mins good job my phone was on charge ask them for copy of report yes dwp send it out today we now on 22nd Aug still waiting for report I rung dwp another 1 hr n 10 mins on Fri 18th saying not received anything the call centre it down to royal mail ye oki I asked why can't you email me they said can't do this anyway dwo have requested again so another 14 days of waiting for post man n to top my anxiety which have been extreme got a text today my review is done n I will receive my award letter within 2 weeks im sorry for ranting if people want to read what I've put its disgusting how the dwp put us people through this don't they know we have enough challenges being disabled compared with a person without disabilities I've just opened my heart n views im so sorry if it affends anyone thanks tara

Hi @tara2019, so sorry you've gone through such a stressful situation. It really is nerve-wracking just not knowing, and the systems are so convoluted and slow in an era where we know information can be sent near instantly.
