Hey guys I’m just looking for some advice…
so basically I had a re-assessment for my pip and was left on the same amount (standard daily living) after doing a mandatory reconsideration they kept the decision the same,I was fighting for enhanced daily and mobility as due to my agoraphobia I can’t leave the house due to distress etc anyway I appealed to the tribunal service and recently revived a letter saying this….. “I can now confirm mandatory reconsideration has been completed, the decision originally under appeal has changed, because a more advantageous decision has been made since the one under appeal the appeal must lapse,we will wait for further instruction from the tribunal as to how they wish to proceed” can anyone help me with this and the time frame in this
thanks

It means the decision has been changed in your favour. Was the letter you received from DWP or HMCTS?
