Very short quick question.
I report a health change along with a fit not in 0ctober 22nd 2022.
I know there's a 3 month waiting period since report the health change and sick note and understand that during the 3 months doesn't get included in the backdated payment.
I then kept reporting sicks note all the way up to August 2023 which is when I first recived my first payment of LCWRA
My AP in October ended on 29. So does that mean the waiting period I have are Ether one or two
1. Sept/oct, oct/nov, nov/Dec. Ànd should of started getting paid in my AP Dec/January
Or
2. Oct/nov, nov/Dec, dec/Jan and start getting paid in my AP January/February?
Just want to know the AP their going to include in the waiting period ?
Just so I can find out on my end what AP I'm entitled too
Thank you for any help guys

An assessment period lasts for 30 days every month and you receive your payment from UC at the end of that period. Before i can help i'll need to know the answers to these 2 questions. What date exactly did you report your health condition/send your first fit note? What date exactly do you receive your month each month? or what dates do your assessment period cover?Based on the information you gave your first payment will be either Feb or March 2023.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -
22nd of October first health change circumstances thing, along with a fit note provided. Provided fit notes every month till they no longer needed.
My monthly assessment period for Unviresal credit is the 30 to 29 on every month.
As I reported this change with the fit note on the 22nd will this mean the waiting period will
Sept/oct, oct/nov, nov/Dec. ?
Thank you again for you comment and help I really appreciate it as I'm having a hard time understanding

Sept/oct, oct/nov, nov/Dec. ?Unfortunately not. It has to be 3 full assessment periods for the waiting period, so the first month doesn't count because you reported it in the middle of the AP.Your waiting period will be Oct to Jan..LCWRA starts from AP 30th Jan to 29th Feb and first payment will be 6th March. Money owed will be paid separately to your usual monthly money and often takes quite a few weeks to pay it.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please.
