Hi everyone ,am rapidly approaching 66 and understand my loss of earnings and disability payments will stop ,is pip or attendance allowance the best options to replace this ,god bless thanks

Earnings replacement benefits stop when you reach state pension age. You need to claim your state pension.What disability payments are you referring to?Are you living alone or with a partner?1

Sorry I get a loss of earnings payment and a disability payment for industrial injuries0

Earnings replacement benefits include benefits such as ESA/JSA/UC and all of those are working age benefits so they end once you reach state pension age.As advised you need to claim your state pension. https://www.gov.uk/new-state-pension/how-to-claim
Cant advise about IIDB though sorry.For PIP you must be under state pension age to start a claim. For AA it’s state pension age and above. None of them are awarded based on a diagnosis. For AA there’s no mobility part. If you think you qualify for PIP then you should start a claim before you reach state pension age. More information in links.0
