MR waiting time

Hi all wanted to touch base and see what anyone else’s experience has been, I applied for pip back in March this year, long story short I was turned down so sent in the mandatory reconsideration along with a letter and some extra medical evidence, not long after I got a letter from them stating they had all the evidence needed to make a decision, I rang up and was told the MR was sent to capita to be reviewed and was back with a decision maker, it’s now been 6 weeks since they received my MR and it’s been with a ‘decision maker’ for about 4 weeks, I’m going out of my mind waiting for a letter or ringing them for an update only to be told ‘it’s with a decision maker’ I suffer with extreme anxiety at the best of times and this is honestly starting to tip me in the wrong direction with the stress/anxiety it’s causing. Has anyone recently had their MR awarded and if so how long did it take?

My husband is also waiting, not had anything from them since they got the MR request over 2 weeks ago, seems timescales vary between areas, the decision was quick for us only 9 days from assessment, so hopefully this maybe quicker than the standard 12 weeks etc? Fingers crossed…0 -
So I rang yesterday to be told it’s still with a decision maker, I checked back through my paper work, I applied back in March, had my assessment with capita in may, got a letter saying they had everything they needed to make a decision and had my decision letter within a week, this MR decision has now taken longer than the original decision 🤦🏻0

MR decisions can take up to 12 weeks. On 31st August you said you sent your MR request 6 weeks ago.0

Over a year and subsequently only after the date of the tribunal they backed out of in order to hide the fraudulent alterations they made to my claim. I hope they drown. In the nicest possible way.0
