Hello I’m currently in the process of having to leave home due to family issues. I have cerebral palsy so I struggle with mobility, anxiety etc and was wondering if you guys know about any help/support that would point me/ help me in the right direction to living independently and how this process would work as I’ve never done anything like this before so I’m a bit clueless!
any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated and thank you in advance.

I'm going to tag @Richard_Scope as he is our Cerebral Palsy Programme Lead and will have more knowledge on how to best support your move
