How long for DR to respond to PIP?

Hi how long does it take for drs to get back to pip.ive been waiting 6 months now for a discussion.

    I have had assessment sent of my scan results.i have riped tendends in both shoulders.i cant do most things.

    They very rarely contact any medical professional.

    Do you mean you've been waiting 6 months for an assessment? Is this a first time claim or a review of an existing claim?

    Hi @Ilovepie13! First of all welcome to the community :)

    As Poppy says the DWP does not always contact medical professionals, have they informed you they've tried to contact your GP?
